About us

Eminent Youth Empowerment Foundation (EYE-Foundation), a pioneering youth organization that has been making a significant impact in Africa. Conceived in the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2003 and operational since 2011 in Abuja, our foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people through skill development programs, mentorship, leadership and entrepreneurship training.

In line with the SDGs: Goal numbers 1 – No Poverty, 2 – Zero Hunger, 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth and 10 – Reduce Inequalities we set out to empower youth, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to become productive and self-reliant and in return empower others and contribute to the development of the society. We strive to identify and develop talents, helping build businesses around skills while equipping them with essential entrepreneurship and leadership capabilities. This initiative aims to liberate young people from socioeconomic and political challenges.

Registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria (CAC/IT/NO 61100), EYE-Foundation has facilitated the emergence of many youth organizations and young entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Our coalition for Youth Capacity Building has garnered a substantial membership, furthering our reach and impact.

We have partnered with numerous organizations, including the Office of Education Adviser and Office of Information Resource Center, US Embassy Nigeria, Federal Ministry of Youth Development Nigeria, National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) Nigeria, Center for Women Studies and Intervention (CWSI), Churches, private organizations, etc.
